Technical Working Groups (TWGs)

The Technical Work Groups (TWGs) consist of researchers and policymakers with diverse expertise working together to utilise the knowledge and skills gained from the EUEPiN capacity development programmes in championing impactful EIDM (evidence informed decision making) initiatives focused ondifferent environmental issues. The goal is to promote sound environmental policies and environmental sustainability in Nigeria.

Highlighted below are the three technical work groups with their thematic focus:

• TWG 1: Environmental Health Assessment, Pollution Control & Climate Change
• TWG 2: Aquatic & Terrestrial Biodiversity Conservation
• TWG 3: Waste Management & Environmental Advocacy
